For visitors wishing to purchase any of my photographs this information includes your name, address, telephone number, and your e-mail address which is all necessary to fulfill your request and, if necessary, to communicate with you about your request. I will add your name and address to my database to keep you informed with postcards and letters regarding my photographic activities should you choose to opt-in.
Giving Member Information to Third Parties:
I do not share your information with anyone without your permission. For that I will personally ask for your permission and will pass your information to only the person(s) that we agree upon.
Contents of any e-mail are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
Exception
I reserve the right to cooperate fully with the local, state or federal officials in any investigation concerning or related to any transaction or correspondence sent to or originating from me after proper legal documentation has been presented.
